Features & Key Specifications of Our Push-in Fittings:
Universal Thread Availability (NPT, BSPP, BSPT):
To ensure global compatibility, all our threaded fittings are available in the three major international standards: NPT for North America, BSPP (G) with an O-ring seal, and BSPT (PT/R) tapered thread.
Full Customization & OEM Services:
Stand out from the competition with our OEM services. We offer custom colors for both the fitting body and the release sleeve, and can even feature your company logo on the fittings (subject to MOQ).
Instant, Tool-Free Connection:
The one-touch design allows for immediate, secure tubing connections by hand, dramatically reducing assembly time.
A Complete & Comprehensive Range:
We offer one of the widest selections available, including standard fittings, functional fittings (Speed Controllers, Hand Valves), and miniature fittings.
Metric & Imperial Tube Sizes:
Our fittings accommodate both metric (4mm-16mm) and imperial (5/32"-1/2") tubing, ensuring a perfect fit for any application.
Reliable & Vacuum-Rated Seal:
The internal stainless steel lock claws and NBR O-ring create an airtight seal suitable for both positive pressure (up to 1.0 MPa) and vacuum applications (down to -100 kPa).
Application Fields
The Universal Solution for Pneumatic Systems:
Industrial Automation: The backbone of pneumatic circuits in assembly lines, robotics, and automated machinery.
Workshop & Garage: Connecting air tools, compressors, and pneumatic equipment.
Packaging & Food Processing: Used extensively in the pneumatic systems of packaging and bottling machines.
Medical & Laboratory: Building control circuits for medical devices and lab automation.
Specialty Machinery: Printing presses, textile machines, and any equipment utilizing pneumatic control.
Technical & Selection Guide
How to Choose the Right Push-in Fitting
Identify Thread Type: This is the most critical step. Is your port NPT (common in USA/Canada), BSPP (G) (straight, seals with a gasket, common in Europe/Asia), or BSPT (PT/R) (tapered, common in Europe/Asia)? We offer all three.
Identify Tubing Size: Measure the Outside Diameter (OD) of your tubing. Is it metric (e.g., 6mm) or imperial (e.g., 1/4")?
Choose the Shape: Select the fitting shape (straight, elbow, tee, etc.) that matches your plumbing layout.
Consider Customization: Do you need a specific color to match your machine's branding or to color-code your air lines? Contact us about our custom color and OEM logo options.
FAQ
Frequently Asked questions
Q: What is the difference between BSPP, BSPT, and NPT threads?
A: NPT is the American standard tapered thread. BSPT (PT/R) is the British standard tapered thread. Both seal on the threads and require a sealant. BSPP (G) is a British standard parallel (straight) thread that seals with an O-ring or gasket, not on the threads. Choosing the correct type is essential to prevent leaks.
Q: I am an OEM machine builder. Can I get these fittings with my own logo?
A: Yes! We specialize in providing OEM solutions. We can manufacture fittings in custom colors and with your own branding, subject to a minimum order quantity. Please contact our sales team to discuss your project.
Q: What type of tubing should I use with these fittings?
A: These fittings are designed for use with semi-rigid tubing like Nylon and Polyurethane (PU).
