Product Introducing:
Features & Key Specifications
Millisecond Response Time:
With opening times as fast as 0.6ms and closing times of just 0.5ms, our fast response solenoid valves ensure pinpoint accuracy in ejecting unwanted material, minimizing product loss.
High Operating Frequency (up to 300Hz):
Designed for the most demanding, high-throughput sorting lines, these ejectors can reliably operate at frequencies up to 300 cycles per second.
Advanced Dual-Voltage Drive:
Utilizing a high drive voltage for rapid opening and a low hold voltage to reduce heat and power consumption, this technology is key to achieving both extreme speed and a multi-billion cycle service life.
Wide Range of Flow Rates:
We offer a comprehensive range of models with flow rates from 40L/min to 4000L/min, allowing you to perfectly match the ejector's punching power to the size and weight of your target material, from tiny seeds to larger plastic flakes.
Application Fields
Precision Ejection for a World of Materials:
Agricultural Products: High-precision sorting of rice, wheat, corn, beans, seeds, and nuts.
Plastics Recycling: High-speed sorting of PET, HDPE, and other plastic flakes by color and type.
Mineral & Ore Sorting: Separating valuable minerals or sorting scrap metals.
Food Processing: Ejecting defects from products like dehydrated vegetables, coffee beans, and snack foods.
Industrial Products: Quality control sorting of various small industrial components.
Technical & Selection Guide
The Heart of Your Color Sorter
The performance of your color sorter is directly dependent on the quality of its ejectors. Upgrading to the PHF series provides tangible benefits:
Higher Sorting Accuracy: The ultra-fast and consistent response leads to a better "hit rate," reducing the amount of good product that is accidentally ejected (carryover).
Increased Throughput: The high-frequency capability allows you to run your sorter at its maximum capacity without compromising accuracy.
Enhanced Reliability: The long-life design, proven over billions of cycles, means less downtime for maintenance and more consistent, predictable performance.
How to Choose the Right Flow Rate:
The required gas flow rate is critical for effective sorting.
Low Flow Models (40-300 L/min): Ideal for small, lightweight materials like sesame seeds, quinoa, or fine tea leaves.
Medium Flow Models (400-1000 L/min): The most common range, perfect for sorting rice, wheat, various beans, and small plastic pellets.
High Flow Models (2000-4000 L/min): Necessary for large, heavy materials like whole nuts, coffee beans, mineral ores, or larger recycled plastic flakes.
FAQ
Frequently Asked questions
Q: What is a "drive voltage" and "hold voltage"?
A: This is an advanced technique for operating high-speed solenoids. A high initial "drive voltage" (e.g., 24V or 48V) is applied for a millisecond to open the valve extremely quickly. The voltage is then immediately reduced to a low "hold voltage" (e.g., 5V or 8V) just to keep it open. This drastically reduces heat buildup and power consumption, which is critical for long life at high frequencies.
Q: Can this valve replace my existing ejectors?
A: Please provide your current ejector's model number so we can recommend the perfect match.
Q: How long do these valves last?
A: They are designed for an exceptionally long life, typically measured in billions of cycles. The exact lifespan depends on operating conditions, but they are built for the non-stop, high-frequency work of a color sorter.
Q: Does the ejector require a special controller?
A: Yes. To achieve the millisecond response times and dual-voltage control, these ejectors must be driven by a specialized driver board, which is a standard component within any modern color sorting machine. They cannot be operated with a simple on/off switch or standard PLC output.
